No, God's prophecies always come to pass unless He states that they are conditional. The promises made to OT Israel could not be given to them due to unbelief. When faced with the test what to do with the Messiah, they crucified Him. These promises will be fulfilled through the followers of Christ not because of the church's righteousness, but because Christ is righteous and faithful.
All the OT prophecies about the coming Messiah happened right on time and were fulfilled in the person of Jesus Christ. These were not conditional. In fact most prophecies are not conditional. Certainly Daniel's visions of coming kingdoms were not conditional.Every prophecy is conditional, true or false?
